Buffalo Soccer Legend Rudy Pikuzinski Starts Charity to Honor Brother’s Memory

WHO WE ARE
If you’re from Buffalo then you know the name. Pikuzinski is thought of as Buffalo’s “first family” of soccer. It all started when Rudy Pikuzinski Sr. came to Buffalo from Poland. Creating the White Eagle Soccer Club and helping form the Buffalo Western New York Junior Soccer League that is still around today.

One of the best American-born indoor soccer players to ever play. When he was just seventeen years old he was offered a contract with Germany’s Bundesliga team Hannover 96. 23 is on the top ten lists for all-time points, goals, and assists in the AISA/NPSL. He is the all-time point leader for the Buffalo Blizzard. He has won four league championships, three Most Valuable Player awards, eight all-star appearances, scoring champion titles, & captained his teams six times. He has over 600 goals in his entire career. In 2006, he was the first soccer player inducted into the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame.
